Here Is What's Included
Each purchased licence comes with 1 USB security key (dongle) which will remove the unlicensing (crippleware) features within the software. With the USB key, users can use the program on more than one computer provided the key is attached to the computer that is in use at any given time. Although our software is available through electronic download, all customers will be provided with the latest version on CD-ROM. With your purchase, you are entitled to free updates (e.g., dot releases only) as they are made available.

Licensed users have free access to the CacheBack message forums located at http://forums.cacheback.ca. (some restrictions apply). Here, users can receive special notices about product news and updates, and review user comments and discussions about the product. It is also a great place to discuss investigative strategies with other industry peers.

Unlimited no-charge support via e-mail or telephone is also included.

Single User Licensing
Licensing for CacheBack is provided on a single user basis only and is managed by a USB security dongle. This means users can install the program on as many computers as required and simply relocate the dongle to the computer that is currently being used.

Network Licensing
Licensing for CacheBack is also provided to clients on a network through a single network dongle. Computers existing on the same subnet mask can connect to the designated license server (dongle) which can be any node on the network. This is espcially helpful to small forensic units that operate on a peer-to-peer topology. Pricing is calculated and discounted based on the number of licenses assigned to a single network dongle. End User Licence Agreement & Limitations
Our EULA governs the use of our software and the limitations of use and liabilities. We strongly recommend that you review the EULA before making a purchase especially if you have any questions about using the software. Please note that all software sales are final.

Upon receipt of payment, your order will be processed and your licensing dongle will be shipped to you by courier.
